1How do I access the CHARACTER COUNTS! App?

- To access the web application: Go to to create your account on the web app.

- To download on mobile device(s): Search the App Store or Google Play for “CHARACTER COUNTS!” or reference the app store download icons on this Tutorial’s Welcome screen.

- After you create your account, you can now use your same email address and password to access both web and mobile apps.

2What happens if my app gets “stuck”, goes blank or just does not work?

Here are some troubleshooting tips:

For Mobile Device:

-  Log out of your app and sign in again (“Log Out” can be found in slide out menu – in tutorial, “Jump To…” – “Learn about slide out menu”)

-  Make sure your device has the latest update and visit your store to check for updates

-  Last resort, delete your app and “create new account” 

For Computer:

-       Close out your computer browser and reopen

-       Clear your browsing history

-       Restart your computer

3Do you offer discounts if multiple schools from a district want to purchase at the same time?

Absolutely. Please contact us and we will work with you (reference “Contact Us” on this Tutorial’s Welcome screen).

4What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time and won't be billed for subsequent months. No hard feelings.

5Do you provide any training for how to best use the app?
